Amira and Bruno first met at a café in Bristol at the tail end of summer. At the time, Amira had just finished her master’s thesis, and Bruno was enjoying a day off. They started talking—and didn’t stop for the next six hours.
They bonded over their love for animals, travel, and a shared curiosity to experience new things together. Bruno took Amira to Morocco, introduced her to drives through the British countryside, and planned adventures ranging from day trips to the beach or valleys to evenings at the theatre, including The Phantom of the Opera—and even made her dream of seeing Hamilton come true.
Amira, in turn, introduced Bruno to new ways of seeing the world, encouraging reflection, growth, and deeper conversations that would shape who they became together.
